Over the past decade, we worked our way through Sarova Hotels — from the front lines to training new teams. We earned Trainer of Trainers certification from Kenya Utalii College and built a reputation for turning chaotic operations into smooth-running departments.
Today, we work with hotel owners, restaurant founders, and resort operators across Kenya. We don't hand you a report and disappear. We stand beside your team, fix what's broken, and teach your people to run better shifts — long after we're gone.
